- Accounting degree with in depth knowledge in GAAP Accounting
- Many years of experience performing fee accounting services for clients in several states
- Member of AICPA, an organization which is instrumental in developing GAAP rules and regulations
- Member of NAHRO organizations
- Regularly attend training seminars on updated HUD regulations
- Easy to read financial statements including informative graphs
- Successful in obtaining higher operating subsidies through extensive knowledge of PFS regulations
